P3.3M for Valencia’s livelihood projects

ON September 5, Congresswoman Kristine Alexie Tutor disbursed financial support to five local associations in the municipality of Valencia.

The funding infusion aims to empower and enhance the livelihood projects of the Cansibao Women’s Association, Loob Farmer’s Association, Cutcutan Fisherfolk Association, Valencia Marginalized Worker’s Association, and Canlusong Women’s Association.

Cansibao Women’s Association was infused with P1,271,576.92 for its restaurant and catering services.

Loob Farmer’s Association received P620,240.00 for its egg production and marketing.

Cutcutan Fisherfolk Association got P630,202.00 for its bakery business.

Valencia Marginalized Worker’s Association was given P358,005.00 for its casket-making business.

Canlusong Women’s Association had received PP393,693.00 for its restaurant and catering services.

The event was attended by Mayor Dionisio Neil Balite, PhD, Vice Mayor Aristotle Cometa, and Supervising Labor and Employment Officer Fernando Lopez who joined by local PESO Designate Mr. Alejandro Berro to support the initiative.

Additionally, the event was graced by the attendance of SB Members Hon. Rammel Cagulada, Hon. Armando Namoc, and Hon. Arnel Gamba.
