Tagbilaran City welcomes young entrepreneurs

FOURTEEN (14) upskilled youth completed the DTI Bohol’s Gentrep Z program to enhance their entrepreneurial skills. Bohol Gentrep Z is a multi-partnership program led by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Bohol, the Department of Education – Alternative Learning System 2.0, the City Government of Tagbilaran, JCI Boholana Kisses, Bohol Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Opportunity 2.0.

The program aims to mentor Generation Z out-of-school youths to produce confident young entrepreneurs with the right mindset and business know-how that will be able to start up, sustain, and scale up their enterprises.

This is the second batch and is due to be implemented next year.

Dampas; Marifel Good, Angelica Jamil, and Melanie Samson from Brgy. Booy; Rocel Handumon from Brgy. Manga; Shaira May Sosmena and Jeryl Lumagbas from Brgy. Bool, and Vina Torrizo from Brgy. Tiptip.
