MAYOR Jane Yap spearheaded the turnover ceremony of four state-of-the-art classrooms at the Tagbilaran City Central Elementary School (TCCES) and a cutting-edge speech laboratory at Dr. Cecilio Putong National High School-Senior High School (DCPNHS-SHS) in Barangay Cabawan on March 12, 2024.
The four brand-new classrooms at TCCES are furnished with essential amenities such as air conditioning units, multimedia TVs, blackboards, and book cabinets.
In addition to the classrooms, the inauguration of a cutting-edge speech laboratory at DCPNHS-SHS further demonstrates Tagbilaran’s progressive approach to education.
The state-of-the-art laboratory is equipped with an array of modern technology, including computer sets, headset microphones, operating systems, software tools, speakers, and audiovisual equipment.
This innovative facility is poised to revolutionize the way students learn and interact with language and communication skills.
Mayor Yap emphasized the importance of providing students with access to top-notch educational facilities and resources to support their academic growth and development.
