For those who won, challenges are up ahead. If the winning Punong Barangays opt to change their treasurers, I believe they can fine tune everything up until February next year. So meaning, the officials concerned can only collect their honoraria on that particular period of time. But then, that is only my wild opinion.

Winning and losing candidates must file their respective Statements of Contributions and Expenditures (SOCE) within 30 days after the day of the elections. Perhaps Election Officer (EO) of every municipality must come up with clear instructions to the filers so as not to create chaotic scenarios in various Comelec offices.
Why insist on receiving files only in long bond paper formats? What is the issue? Anyway, there are soft copies and hard copies. After all, the A4 size of bond papers are the more legitimate size of bond papers for government reports. Please observe the logic of substance over form!

Anyway, after everything has been said and done, the will of the people must prevail. Accordingly, Vox Populi, Vox Dei. The voice of the people, is the voice of God. But then, I believe that money was God during the elections!
