Executive Conferences: Way to Discuss for
the Achievement of Goals and Objectives
(Mental Health Management Protocol)

THE Executive Conference (ExeCon) provides a platform for communication and collaboration to achieve goals and objectives. Strategic planning and decision-making are made easier by executive conferences. They promote collaboration and synchronization among team members and stakeholders. An arena for discussing and settling difficult problems is provided by ExeCons. They enable chief executive officers to set and track goals and objectives.

ExeCons develop a clear agenda to ensure focused discussions, which encourages candid and open communication among team members and active participation from all attendees. Executive conferences facilitate the process of making informed decisions. They promote accountability among team members as well as collaboration and teamwork. They help the organization achieve its goals and objectives. Executive conferences can help organizations achieve their goals and objectives by encouraging fruitful communication, collaboration, and decision-making.

Division Memorandum No. 398, s. 2025, “Division Coaching and Technical Assistance Session for District Supervisors on the Implementation of MATATAG Curriculum was issued to prepare for the school-based roll-out of the Revised K to 12 Curriculum to be held in the different venues in three batches. This SDO level activity was conducted on July 2-3, 2025.

The two-day activity started with classroom/school visits. The assigned public schools district supervisors visited their school assignments. After a two-hour school visits, coaching and and technical assistance provision was provided by SDO Bohol Officer In-charge, ASDS Fay C. Luarez EdD, PhD TM, CESO V with SGOD Chief Wilfreda O. Flor PhD.

An opening program followed with James Visto PhD, School Head of Anibongan ES served as host of the opening program. Mrs. Junivel E. Canas, ESP of Salvador ES led the Triple Hymns. Mrs. Marilyn Rebosura ESP of Danicop ES led the prayer. APSDS Juana T. Oracion gave her welcome message. Rolly A. Rosales PhD of Bugso ES acknowledged the participants. Hon Michael I. Doria LPT, JD, Municipal Mayor of Sierra-Bullones gave his inspirational message. Mrs. Helen M. Bagcat PhD ESP of Sierra Bullones CES expressed her words of gratitude.

Executive Conference followed where representative public schools district supervisor from each congressional district discussed their consolidated accomplishments, issues, concerns, gaps, and problems. CD 1 was represented by PSDS Maria Mel B. Belano of Tubigon West District, CD 2, PSDS Miguel G. Pogoy of Getafe 2 District, and CD 3 PSDS Renato D. Calamba of Carmen 2 District. An evening socials sponsored by DepEd and the LGU followed, where dinner was served. This activity served as a stress relieving activity for all public schools district supervisors, education program supervisors, SDO Bohol section heads, and the teaching and non-teaching personnel of Sierra Bullones District.
