IN a bid to expand access to essential healthcare services, Tagbilaran City has just introduced its latest initiative: a brand-new Mobile Clinic.

The unveiling was done during a special ceremony held at the City Hall grounds on October 24, 2023.

This innovative healthcare unit is well-equipped to provide a wide array of medical services, including general consultation, complete blood count (CBC), dental consultation, free medicine, electrocardiogram (ECG), cardiac panel, blood typing, extraction, and x-ray.

These services are intended to efficiently address the various healthcare needs of the community.

During the unveiling ceremony, Yap shared her vision with the people, stating:  “We believe that access to quality healthcare is a fundamental right of our citizens. This mobile clinic is a testament to our commitment to make healthcare more accessible to everyone, regardless of their location or economic status.”

The addition of this Mobile Clinic represents a significant stride towards making healthcare more accessible to the people of Tagbilaran City.

The new mobile clinic, in conjunction with Tagbilaran City’s mobile botika, Dental Bus and mobile kitchen, is touring numerous puroks, barangays, and local communities across the city, guaranteeing the delivery of healthcare services right to the residents’ homes.
