CONGRATULATIONS, we are proud of you!

“Customers do not look for you. Go look for your customers. Sales create customers. Service keeps them.”

This seventeen-letter statements have long been in Short Cuts’ struggle for a better future.

If memory does not betray him, he was able to encounter this very interesting words when he was in his senior high school way back in 1958. These, too, are encouraging words for one to be reminded if he is in dire need of support in life, more so, in one’s desire for education.

Until now, the same exact words have become part of Short Cuts’ life.

As to how or where he came across these statements, it’s now beyond Short Cuts’ memory.

But, what is still clear and certain is the fact that the statements have already become part of Short Cuts’ life. To such an extent that, had it not of those guiding statements, Short Cuts may not have gone the longest but most memorable and unbearable path in his life.

He could have not graduated his law degree and ultimately become a lawyer!

He could have not been elected Municipal Councilor, Town Executive, Provincial Board Member and Vice-Governor of the province!

Foremost, Short Cuts could have not established and owned six tertiary schools, a feat denied to others by the Almighty!

First, Short Cuts was – despite his parents’ poverty – in dire need of college education after his secondary graduation. Therefore, Short Cuts went out, looked for his customer, found one and, therefore, studied as a working student at a local tertiary school.

And, in searching for an avenue for college education, Short Cuts had to create or craft himself as the “sales” and must consider himself as the best item by the customer.

Kay kon sa imong pagkabaligya menus ang imong kalidad kon pagkabuhat, chances are dili jud ka mahalin.

Once taken in by the customer, Short Cuts’ must prove his diligence, honesty, and trustworthiness in the performance of his duties. These virtues can easily keep him in his employment. Otherwise, he has no business staying in his employ for another seconds.

Congratulations to the BIT International College Volleyball (Beaver) Teams (Men and Women) for retaining the Championship Title in the BSAAA 2023 Games!

It is a matter of record that since the establishment of the Bohol Schools Amateur Athletic Association ten years ago, the BIT International College (Beaver) Teams had not surrendered the same title to any other college teams in the province.

The two championship games were played between BIT International College and University of Bohol.  The games were held at the Barder Gymnasium of Holy Name University last week.

To the BIT International College Volleyball (Beaver) Teams, again CONGRATULATIONS. We are proud of you!!
