IS indulging in TOO MUCH on a thing not dangerous to oneself?
Definitely, catastrophic consequences will unknowingly occur if one is not mindful in his daily activity.
Hence, one should not only be careful and watchful. He must be cautious in every stride he undertakes. Foremost, he must always seek guidance from the Heavenly Father in all his plans and actions in life.
Ambition in life should be centered on the premise that nothing can be achieved without Him at one’s side.
The best example is LOVE. Love for someone is laudable. And, addressing one’s feeling of love to another is an expression of a sincere longing for an eternal companionship. It expresses man’s desire to live with a woman “TILL DEATH DO US PART”.
But, what if the man or woman, loves TOO MUCH to the extent that he or she shares his/her love with someone other than his/her wife or husband? Can one still expect a happy and contented life in the family with someone turning traitor?
Chances are . . . . a troubled family begins. This situation may aggravate further if the aggrieved partner takes the law into his hands. The same aggrieved partner becomes a criminal.
And, this happens because of TOO MUCH OF LOVE.
Taking in moderately of ALCOHOLIC drinks is good to one’s body. This is Short Cuts’ personal observation. It’s an energizer. It boosts one’s physical capability.
But, is taking in of TOO MUCH of ALCOHOL not disastrous to one’s body?
Definitely, YES.
It’s either high blood pressure setting in, or cancer of the liver coming in.
And, TAKING IN OF TOO MUCH ALCOHOL is the primary cause.
How about TOO MUCH LOVE for MONEY? Is it not dangerous? H
Short Cuts thinks positively!
This usually leads either to corruption if one is employed in public or private services or to robbery if he is a vagrant on the streets. For where shall one quench his insatiable thirst for love of money?
From his employment? No way.
How about TOO MUCH downpour of rain? Will TOO `MUCH downpour not bring destruction to planted vegetables?
Not until Short Cuts’ almost daily encounter with rain for two months, since December 2022 to January 2023, that he got the correct answer.
Short Cuts was always of the honest belief which convinced him that continuous supply of rain is advisable to one’s comfort. It also serves as a response for the daily needs of the planted vegetables at his garden.
Upon Short Cuts’ retirement from politics, he went into gardening, and hog, poultry, cattle raising at his farm in Carmen. These activities complement his rice and corn fields on the same area.
It was in the course of Short Cuts’ care of his plants that he noticed that the planted pechay, garlic, ginger and even papaya did not survive the too much downpour of rain.
In the mid of January this year not one of his planted vegetables was left. All surrendered to the TOO MUCH volume of rain.
Such an experience was indeed incredible but revealing. It’s also a lesson that TOO MUCH on everything is dangerous.
