THE orientation for the winners of the Mutya sa Tagbilaran barangay level started this week with General Services Officer Dr. Chris John Rener Torralba and City Events Culture, and Arts Officer Joseph Alexis Cadelina leading the series of talks. The entire pageant will center on Empowered Women showcasing Tagbilaran City and Bohol’s successful women achievers.
The winners from the 15 barangays were given a briefing on the conduct of their advocacy shoot and training sessions. Training on communication, leadership, and pasarela will also be rolled out.
Mutya sa Tagbilaran is one of the grand activities Saulog 2023. For the past two years, Saulog exported its activities online. This year, the festivities will be onsite. Coordinative meetings are underway as various festivities like Kumbira sa Tagbilaran, Tagbo sa Tagbi, Festival King and Queen, Maoy sa Mayo, and Sports Activities are lined up. Creative cinematographer Chris Ramasola is also on the helm for this year’s Saulog audio-visual presentation.
