IN the pursuit of quality education that could fulfill its vision and mission, DepEd has locally initiated programs and projects to improve teachers’ competencies and skills. These resulted in overlapping activities experienced by teachers in the delivery of education services. Thus, teachers have stressful moments in their teaching careers. This is substantiated by the fact that when teachers were asked what made them experience stressful moments, most of them responded that it was the so-called overlapping activities.
From the teachers’ perspective, there is a need for top management to see to it that planning should be participatory. Policies, standards, and guidelines must be adhered to in all undertakings. Before implementing any plans from the TOPM management, orientation programs must be conducted.
School heads, they must undergo leadership and management training before being assigned to manage specific schools. They must be familiar with the roles and responsibilities that school heads need to possess.
The problems of globalization and digital innovation are present in the world. Therefore, employees in organizations must develop systems to meet the demands of the global world. Furthermore, because of the growing reliance on knowledgeable individuals and knowledge workers, organizations delegate responsibility and authority to talented individual employees, paving the way for them to take part in decision-making and strategy planning and thereby enhancing competitive advantage.
