SUSTAINABLE Development Goal (SDG) 4 gives emphasis to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all. By 2030, ensure that all learners acquire the knowledge and skills needed to promote sustainable development, including, among others, through education for sustainable development and sustainable lifestyles, human rights, gender equality, promotion of a culture of peace and non- violence, global citizenship and appreciation of cultural diversity and of culture’s contribution to sustainable development. (SDG). In order to achieve these sustainable development goals, there is a need to identify the root cause of the problems that hinder the achievement of the government’s goals, objectives, and mandates. With the support of the key stakeholders in the community, this would be possible in the next years to come.

Scouting is highly relevant to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) because it promotes values, education, and action that align closely with building a more sustainable, just, and peaceful world. Most importantly, scouting plays a valuable and complementary role within the Department of Education (DepEd) framework, especially in the context of holistic youth development. It supports both formal and non-formal education, instilling lifelong values, leadership, and citizenship among learners.

GSP Bohol Council is committed to help young girls for their total development. This could be realized through the different programs, projects, and activities provided by the council based on the standards and policies set at the national level. Through the different training schemes offered by the council, it hoped and prayed that all identified PPAs would be undertaken with the trained, capacitated, and committed GSP troop leaders.
