THE satisfaction rating of incumbent President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. has dripped significantly, based on Bohol Poll 2025 conducted by Holy Name University Research Center.
The 400 respondents of opinion polling gave the president a satisfaction rating of -43% from -8% in 2024 and 61% in 2023. Only 18% of the respondent are satisfied but those dissatisfied, 61%. Twenty percent were undecided.
The beleaguered Vice-President Sara Zimmermann Duterte got satisfaction rating of +67% from +62” in 2024 and +75% in 2022. Duterte posted a commanding 76% satisfied, minus 9% dissatisfied. Fourteen percent were undecided.
Marcos ratings in three congressional districts are all in the negative. First District: -50 with 13 satisfied and 63 dissatisfied, 24 undecided; Second district: -40 from 21 satisfied and 60 dissatisfied; 18 undecided; Third district: -35 from 22 satisfied and 57 dissatisfied, with 19 undecided.
In other variables Marcos got a -62 from the ABC class and -72 in age group of 30-39.
Duterte got the biggest satisfaction at +72 in district one from 77 satisfied and 5 dissatisfied; Second district: +67 from 78 satisfied and 11 dissatisfied, 11 undecided; Third district: +65 from 75 satisfied and 10 dissatisfied, undecided 14.
The Vice-president also posted a biggest rating of +80 among the 18-29 age group and +68 among the age 50-59.
The Bohol Poll also polled the support for impeachment of the vice-president.
Those who said that it affects posted 35% of the respondents, but 60% of them said it did not for entire Bohol province.
The second district got the biggest 67% who said that it did not impact the impeachment support, while first district had 51% and third district, 61%.
At 29th year, Bohol Poll, a Social Weather Station-trained, said that it conducted the opinion survey on March 6-20 and presented to the public its findings on Friday.
