It specifically aimed to answer the following main question: How do PSDSs who are participants describe their experiences in carrying out DepEd projects and programs? The purpose of this study was to investigate the real-world experiences of a subset of public school district supervisors in a Philippine school division.
This is the main reason why, as a public schools district supervisor, the researcher, conducted this research to determine the live experiences of the public schools district supervisors so that data-driven and needs-based policy will be developed and adopted to address the gaps in the field and in managing schools. Results of the study will be published in one of the coming issues of Bohol Times.
