GOVERNOR Aris Aumentado and Mayor Dionisio Neil Balite, joined by notable individuals including Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Officer Engr. Gerbert Acorda, Vice Mayor Aristotle Cometa, Mr. Dionisio Joseph Balite (representing VG Dionisio Victor Balite), and SB member Rammel Cagulada and Armando Namoc, came together for a momentous occasion on November 13, 2023 at the old Valencia MRF site, as they jointly cut the ribbon to inaugurate the cutting-edge Thermal Decompositor Machine.
