. . . On Saturdays and Sundays . . .

BECAUSE you are already a teacher in the public or private schools, you are no longer interested to work on Saturdays and on Sundays?

Because you are already a doctor of medicine, registered nurse, or a registered midwife, your interest to work during Saturdays and Sundays is lost?

Because you are already a lawyer, your desire to earn extra income during Saturdays and Sundays is waning?

Because you have already acquired a government job or private employment, you are no longer interested to do additional job on Saturdays or Sundays for extra income?

Or, to put into one statement – just because you are already employed, you have no more cravings for additional earnings?

In most cases these employed individuals are already contented with their monthly takes. They are blinded of what will happen next to their families. As a consequence, they spend their Saturdays and Sundays with friends –  DRINKING.

And, those series of queries need deeper studies for everyone to have a bright future. For whether we like it or not, it is honestly believed that everyone has already passed such an experience in decision making. And, such decision making has unknowingly led to one’s debacle in life.

For what if –

In a family of six, four kids got sick that need hospitalization?

In a family of six, the father who is employed got sick and needs hospitalization?

In a family of six, the mother who is employed got sick and hospitalized?

In a family of six, both parents were hospitalized?

The worse scenario comes in when the four of the children are still studying in college while their parents are hospitalized.

So, the next query would be: ASA MAN SILA UG IBAYAD SA TUITION FEES?

Possibilities are: First, one of the kids may stop schooling; second, two of the kids differ their studies; third, all of them will opt for another school year.

There is, therefore, a need for one to work on Saturdays and even on Sundays if only to increase family income. This is also done in order to prepare for a worst event in the family. But, it is advised for one to work on Sundays ONLY after attending the Holy Mass. And, only for some minor jobs, like visiting one’s farm.

The jobs to be performed on Saturdays and Sundays?

GO FARMING! Go rice and corn planting!

This is not only good for one’s health. This is also good for one’s pocket.

All these farm products are good for the family. Any excess in family consumption can be sold in the market. For valuable information, pechay is sold at P50. per kilo; banana fruits are also sold at P50. per kilo, while hot peppers are sold at P300. per kilo.

Short Cuts is knowledgeable in all of the foregoing facts. He has been into it for quite a number of years at his farm in Carmen.

Therefore, there should be no let up.
