Ang simulation gipangunahan ni Incident Command Post Commander Police Major Crisente Gurrea sa kooperasyon ug partisipasyon sa Tagbilaran City Police Station, Bureau of Fire Protection, Philippine Coast Guard, Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office ug City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office.
Nahisubay ang SIMEX sa padayon nga paningkamot sa pagmintinar sa protocol sa seguridad sa PPA ufg kapolisan sa Bohol.
Ang katuyoan sa simulation exercise mao ang pag-validate ug pagpalambo sa pagkaandam ug pagtubag sa mga plano, mga pamaagi ug mga sistema alang sa tanang mga peligro ug mga kapabilidad.
