VARIOUS livelihood associations and civil society organizations participated in the Project Proposal Writing Workshop conducted by the Tagbilaran City Livelihood and Community Development Unit (TCLCDU).

Just recently, the TCLCDU went to Balilihan to witness the launch of the Academy of Women Entrepreneurs (AWE).
