THE Provincial Government’s program of strengthening businesses by streamlining government services to boost the local economy was recently launched in the Municipality of Lila. Dubbed as Abante Negosyo Caravan “Sayun nga pag-negosyo, alang sa lukop nga pag-asenso,” the endeavor brings government services closer to the people through building business-friendly and competitive LGUs in Bohol.
In an interview, two local business owners expressed their gratitude and appreciation for such an endeavor, enabling them to conveniently process their necessary business requirements in one place and not take away a lot of their time from their businesses.
Governor Aris Aumentado who thanked all the partner agencies for their invaluable support of the successful endeavor, reiterated that the provincial government is bringing all agencies to Lila not only to provide convenience, but to help local businesses with their concerns as well.
The governor strongly assured everyone who attended that the provincial government believes it is high time to strengthen and support the micro, small, and medium enterprises because these types of businesses have a big contribution to the economy and development of the entire province.
Board Member Jiselle Rae Villamor and Lila Mayor Arturo A Piollo II said this kind of endeavor is a big help to Boholanos because the government is bringing services to the people and ensures the desired positive effect on Bohol’s economy.
