BOHOL Public School Teachers and Employees Multipurpose Cooperative (BPSTEMPC) General Assembly holds 63rd General Assembly (GA) with the theme, “Stability and Success: Scaling New Heights for a Stronger Coop”, at Bohol Cultural Center, City of Tagbilaran, on March 28, 2026 from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. BPSTEMPC General Assembly is an important annual gathering of members of the cooperative in Bohol. As the highest policy-making body of BPSTEMPC. It typically brings together: cooperative members, Board of Directors, Committees and Management Staff.

The GA aims to review the cooperative’s financial performance and annual reports, approve major policies and plans; elect or confirm members of the Board;  discuss dividends; patronage refunds and member benefits; and raise concerns or suggestions about cooperative services.  The registration started at 5:30 AM for there are incentives for those considered “early to come and register”.

Rev Msgr Gerardo F. Saco, Jr celebrated the a Thanksgiving Mass.  Couples for Christ Choir- served as choir,  Dir Fermin M. Albutra served as commentator, Dir Carmela M. Restificar for the first reading, Ma. Lynnie Manlangit for the responsorial psalm, Vice Chair Casiana P. Caberte for the prayers of the faithful. Dir Fermin M. Albutra, PSDS Clemente Intong Jr., Jerry Sumaylo, and Cecilio Co served as lay ministers.

A BPSTEMPC GA often includes:

  • Registration and attendance confirmation
  • Opening program (sometimes with guest speakers)
  • Presentation of reports (Chairperson, Treasurer, Audit Committee)
  • Voting or ratification of resolutions
  • Raffle draws, recognition of members, and fellowship activities
