GOVERNOR Aris Aumentado officiated the oath-taking of the newly elected officers of the Bohol Tri-Media Association (BTMA) on March 1 at Bohol Tropics.
Tibbs Bullecer of DYRD serves as president; Bob Galero (DYRD), exec. Vice-president; Ric Obedencio (Bohol News Today), VO for print; Lito Responte (DYTR), VP for broadcast; Evangeline Bumaat (DYTR), auditor; Ariel Fullido (blocktime, DYRD), Public Relations Officer.
The Board of Directors: Rey Tutas (DYRD), Jun Gutierrez, (DYRD), Atoy Cosap (DYRD), Noel Noble (92.7 FM) and Jams Daniel (DYMA, Jagna). Ching Maestrado and Fe Malimot are president’s appointed for treasurer and secretary, respectively.
Aumentado pointed out in his short speech for media to just tell the truth as one way of countering fake news proliferating in social media.
The governor remained solid supportive to the Bohol media as effective partners in the development thrusts of the province. (rvo)
