
EXECUTIVE Conferences (ExeCon) of SDO Bohol periodically conducted once a month. ExeCon is a formal meeting or conference of the division’s key education leaders and managers under DepEd Bohol. The purpose of this conference is to bring together division-level officials to: discuss updates on policies, new DepEd issuances, and directives from higher office, as from the Regional or Central Office, review issues, concerns, and operational matters affecting schools and education programs in the division, and share plans, strategies, decisions, and management matters aimed at improving education delivery across the different districts of Bohol.
SDO Bohol Schools Division Superintendent, Fay C. Luarez EdD PhD TM, CESO VI, Assistance Schools Division Superintendent Eduardo A. Ompad EdD, CESE, SGOD Chief Wilfreda O. Flor PhD, and CID-OIC Chief, not only hold executive conferences, just for information, but taking the lead in the provision of coaching and technical assistance for Public Schools District Supervisors on the implementation of K to12 Curriculum. On February 8, 2026, the second executive conference for the calendar year 2026, was hosted by Baclayon District with the leadership of PSDS Rosanna C. Dablo and CESP Susanna J. Limbago.
Visit to schools was the first activity of the day. The schools visited provided breakfast for all the SDO personnel who visited their schools to identify promising practices of the school worthy of emulation. The ExeCon was highlighted with the presentation on the different indicators concerning “Seal of Good Governance” under Sustainable Education. Dir.Johnjoan A. Mende – Provincial Director, LGOO VII Ma. Reina A. Quilas- Cluster Head, served as resource persons and lead the discussion. The PSDSs raised queries and clearly responded by the resources persons.
