Ang gi-basehan sa maong resolusyon mao ang Section 189 (Repealed, Amended, and Modified Laws, Decrees and Special Charters, Title XXV, RA No. 11966 otherwise known as Public-Private Partnership Code) nga giaprobahan niadtong Marso 22, 2024.
Pipila sa mga gi-aprobahan nga resolusyon mao ang Resolution No. 22-151 “Authorizing The Honorable Jane Censoria C. Yap, City Mayor of the City of Tagbilaran, To Enter Into A Memorandum Of Agreement With The Department Of Health Central Visayas For Health Development”.

Pagsunod kini sa mga provision nga nakabutang sa RA 7160 O Local Government Code of 1991 ug RA 9275 o “ An Act Providing for a Comprehensive Water Quality Management and for Other Purposes”.
Apil usab ang ordinansa nga nagdili sa bisan unsa nga Reclamation Project sa Dakbayan sa Tagbilaran Bay Area ug uban pang mga proyekto nga susama niini.
Nagpamatuod lamang nga si Konsehal Atoy naghimo sa iyang mandato isip magbabalaud sa syudad.
