IN ADDITION to doing many tasks, a successful principal has important qualities including leadership, communication, empathy, and honesty. They manage the school’s administrative responsibilities as well as its operations. Speaking up for the community’s success and promoting its cause is not something that a principal enjoys doing.
Ubay Central Elementary School Principal IV, Ma. Jeanna B. Polinar, from Poblacion, Candijay, Bohol, is a one-of-a kind school principal. Ms Polinar was born on February 14, 1973, and married to Lieutenant Colonel Romeo A. Polinar. They have three children, namely: Mary Decette Jane B. Polinar, the eldest is a Registered Medical Technologist; their second born, Vince Jerome B. Polinar is a third year BS Psychology enrolled at Silliman University, Dumaguete City; and the youngest Mark Kenneth B. Polinar is a Grade 12 Student studying at Central Visayan Institute Foundation ( CVIF).
CESP Polinar has twenty-eight years service as a DepEd personnel, of which sixteen years were spent in the administrative and supervisory services. A dedicated teacher, school head, and a colleague in the service, CESP Polinar was given recognitions from different award-giving bodies, not only from the Department of Education.

Just let it be. If it’s meant to be, it will be”. These quotations inspired her colleagues and friends to become a better version of themselves.
Principals need to be able to set a good example and motivate their staff and teachers to work hard. They must have a strong interest in education and be able to inspire others to share their enthusiasm. the significance of having capable leadership, setting a strong foundation, and concentrating on reachable objectives.
