THE recently concluded Mass Oath Taking, Awards and Recognition Sequel, held at the prestigious Valencia Astrodome on November 13, 2023, witnessed the presence of distinguished figures including Governor Aristotle Aumentado, 3rd District Board Member Tita Baja, Mr. Dionisio Joseph Balite, representing Vice Governor Dionisio Victor Balite.
The event, not only marking the Mass Oath Taking for newly elected officials but also the sequel of the Recognition Sequel, celebrated the commitment of these individuals. Awardees were honored with certificates during the ceremony, reinforcing their dedication and service to their respective roles.
The ceremony, masterfully hosted by Mrs. Algerica Coronel as the Master of Ceremony, commenced with Mayor Engr. Dionisio Neil Balite, J.D., PhD. delivering an impactful opening remarks, setting the tone for the significant event. As the Administering Officer for Barangay Kagawad and SK Kagawad, Mayor Balite expounded upon BARUG—B-better, A-affectionate, R-responsive, U-unifying, G-governance—instilling these core principles within the newly elected officers of the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan in the municipality.
Governor Aris Aumentado, assuming the role of Administering Officer, conducted the Mass Oath Taking for the Barangay Captains and SK Chairpersons, emphasizing the weight of governance and accountability in their roles.
Both Tita Baja and Mr. Dionisio Joseph Balite delivered insightful speeches, underscoring the importance of dedicated service and principled leadership in their respective speeches.
