TO improve traffic management and ensure the safety of the public, the City Government of Tagbilaran conducted a comprehensive Traffic Enforcers Refresher Seminar on September 23 and 30, 2023 at Jj’s Seafood Village, Tagbilaran City.
The seminar aimed to provide the city’s traffic enforcers with up-to-date knowledge and skills on road safety and controlling traffic flow.

Traffic consultant retired Police Major Jesus Acullador talked about the challenges of traffic law enforcement.
PEMS Celso Orapa of the Tagbilaran City Police Station shared insights on traffic directions and control.
Retired Police Lieutenant Bartolome Udtohan, led a session on traffic accident investigations.

Mr. Valentino Gamutin, Executive Assistant of the City Mayor’s Office, discussed the highlights of Republic Act No. 9485, also known as the Anti-Red Tape Act of 2007.
