TESDA dangles free assessment for self-taught skilled workers

TOO GOOD TO MISS. With the free Competency Assessment and Certification, workers at least could be spared of at least a thousand in payments for the assessment for any of the 22 skills qualifications, with which a worker can earn bragging rights when finally, he can own a national certification for his skill, explains TESDA Bohol TESD specialist Joan Sayon, who came to Kapihan sa PIA accompanied by TESDS Razell Pagaran. TAGBILARAN CITY, Bohol (PIA)—Are you a carpenter who has years of experience under your belt while working but could not present any document that can attest to that level of skill that you keep?
