Gov. Aris Aumentado distributed P10,000 cash and food packs to Tagbilaran City fire victims on Thursday, Dec. 29 during his 45th birth anniversary.

At least 75 families who lost their homes during a big fire in Barangay Poblacion 2 in Tagbilaran City received P10,000 cash each from the provincial government of Bohol.

The distribution coincided with Gov. Aris Aumentado’s 45th birth anniversary.

He was accompanied by his wife Bohol 2nd district Rep. Vanessa Aumentado, Vice Gov. Dionisio Victor Balite, Tagbilaran Vice Mayor Adam Jala, Poblacion 2 Barangay Captain Ricardo Real and PDRRMO Anthony Damalerio.

After the distribution of financial assistance and food packs, the fire victims and barangay officials surprised Aumentado by giving him a birthday cake and singing “Happy birthday.”
