IT is said that the measure of a good legislator is thru the number of legislative measures each authored or sponsored.
Legislation by way of local ordinances passed/approved is the main function and obligation of a local law-making body, and so with the Congress (House of Congress and the Senate in the case of the Philippines).
There may be other duties each member of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) of Bohol may do, such as social and other related function like investigation in aid of legislation and undertake public hearing on matters of public interest.
Based on the Journal of Proceedings (Minutes) of the SP in its Last Session on June 28, 2022, the following are their accomplishments:

Lagunay – Principally Authored 6 Ordinances, Sponsored the approval of 4 Ordinances and 13 Resolutions.
BM Restituto B. Auxtero, CPA – Principally Authored 1 Ordinance & 1 Resolution, Sponsored the approval of 13 Ordinances and 68 Resolutions; BM Vierna Mae Boniel-Maglasang – Sponsored the approval of 412 Resolutions; BM Frans Gelaine G. Devenosa – Principally Authored 2 Ordinances & Sponsored the approval of 8 Ordinances & 27 Resolutions; BM Dionisio Victor A. Balite, Ph.D. – Sponsored the approval of 165 Resolutions; BM Jone Jade A. Bautista – Principally Authored 2 Ordinances, Sponsored the approval of 5 Ordinances and 31 Resolutions; BM Elpidio L. Bonita, M.D. – Principally Authored 2 Resolutions and Sponsored the approval of 7 Ordinances and 24 Resolutions; BM Elpidio M.
