Bohol gives BBM, Sara overwhelming victory

THE Boholano electorate, some 88.17% of the total 949,791 who have voted in the recent elections last May 9, 2022, have given fresh mandate to presumptive President-elect Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr. and Vice-President-elect Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte.

They are the kids of former president Ferdinand Marcos and incumbent president Rodrigo Roa Duterte.

Bongbong Marcos (PFP) got 501,637 votes cast (64.36%) against his rival, Vice-President Maria Leonor “Leni” Gerona Robredo (Ind.), who garnered a total of 141,018 (18.09%).

For vice-president, Sara Duterte (Lakas-CMD) clinched a total of 594,024 votes (78.85%) as compared to a distant second Sen. Francis “Kiko” Panglinan’s 75,125 (9.97%).

SENATORS-ELECT

Comelec here has bared the winners who made it in the senatorial magic 12.

In number one spot is actor-turned-politician famous for his role as bad boy Robin Padilla who garnered a total of 388,234 votes.

Second is Raffy Tulfo, 344,434; (3rd place) – Alan Peter Cayetano, 337,334; (4th) – Loren Legarda, 331,407; (5th) – Migz Zubiri, 309,240; and (6th) — Mark Villar, 309,125.

Seventh place — Chiz Escudero, 290,899; (8th) – Win Gatchalian, 209,895; (9th) – Joel Villanueva, 262,832; (10th) – Risa Hontiverus, 214,922; (11th) – JV Estrada Ejercito, 208,061; and (12th) – Harry Roque, 198,448.

PARTYLIST WINNERS

The top 10 partylists are the following: (1) Ako Bisdak got 90,822 votes (18.31%); (2) CWS (Construction Workers Solidarity), 52,903 (10.66%); (3) Diwa, 42,072 (8.48%); (4) Ako Bisaya, 28,730 (5.79%); and (5) KOOP-KAMPI, 21,807 (4.39%).

At Number six is ACT-CIS, 15,200 (3.06%); (7) Agimat,12,353 (2.49%); (8) Yacap, 11,698 (2.38%); (9) Ang Probinsyano, 10,785 (2.17%); and (10) Senior Citizen, 10,692 votes (2.15%). (rvo)
