Saulog Tagbo sa Tagbi Bazaar opens today 

The City Government of Tagbilaran is set to officially open the Saulog Tagbo sa Tagbi 2025 Food Bazaar today, April 20 at the City Hall Grounds, kicking off a series of nightly festivities that showcase local culture and enterprise. Featuring over 70 participating micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), the bazaar provides a vibrant platform for homegrown entrepreneurs to display their products, including food, delicacies, crafts, and fashion, ultimately boosting livelihoods and economic activity in the city. As an integral part of the Saulog Tagbilaran Festival, the bazaar underscores the crucial role MSMEs play in driving inclusive growth and sustaining Tagbilaran’s dynamic creative and entrepreneurial economy.

THE much-anticipated Saulog Tagbo sa Tagbi Bazaar is set to officially kick off today, April 20, 2025, 5:00 P.M. at the Tagbilaran City Hall grounds, marking the start of nightly festivities that will run until May 7, 2025. 

The bazaar, a staple of the Saulog Tagbilaran celebration, will be open every evening from 5:00 PM to 12:00 midnight, offering a vibrant mix of local products, food, and entertainment.

Over 70 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from Tagbilaran and nearby areas will showcase a wide variety of local delicacies, fashion, accessories, crafts, and novelty items—supporting community livelihoods and promoting the city’s growing entrepreneurial spirit.

City Mayor Jane Yap, Vice Mayor Adam Relson Jala, members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod, and various department heads are expected to lead the ceremonial opening of the bazaar, which has become a crowd-favorite feature of the Saulog festivities.

Adding to the excitement is a packed lineup of nightly performances featuring schools, private companies, artists, and community groups. Each night will bring a unique experience for visitors and locals alike. The schedule of featured performances includes:
