
THE Trabaho Partylist at number 106 in the ballot has helped in the facilitation of ambulance units from the Philippine Charity Sweepstake Office (PCSO) to some 43 towns in Bohol recently, Rodolfo Kid Caneda consultant for special concerns of the PCSO general manager said.
He said that even before the Trabaho partylist decided to actively participate in the forthcoming elections in May 12, prime movers of the partylist already committed to assist so that towns here may have acquired the ambulance units for fast health mobility.
Caneda, the former administrator of the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), has been helping campaigning for the Trabaho partylist in the municipalities, while at the same time, it’s timely meeting with the municipal mayors and provincial leaders.
Meanwhile, one of Trabaho Party list platforms is the assurance for the provision of equal opportunity to workers once elected into the House of Representatives in May 12.
Trabaho stands for Tagapagtaguyod ng mga Reporma at Adhikaing Babalikat at Hahango sa mga Opportunidad para sa mga Pilipino. It said that it is the party of every Filipino labor in a general, inclusive and opportunity, not only for jobs, but for the economy and progress.
Activities and strategies the group pushes forward is consultative, holistic, dialogue, livelihood programs, capacity building and legal reforms.
All these are in consonance with its objectives: to coordinate and help government and private agencies in generating more jobs, to strengthen or capacitate the profession of the workers, to provide the workers’ health and to provide enough funds in the government agency concerned to create more jobs.
