Ubay 2 District Welcomes New Public Schools District Supervisor

WHEN a personnel advances in position inside the same agency is considered as a job promotion. As a result, there is an increase in authority, responsibility, and compensation. Department of Education may offer promotions based on its needs and requirements, job promotions are typically permanent.

Ubay II District is delighted to welcome the new public schools district supervisor to manage the district, Atty Bethuel V. Nuez I PhD. Atty Nuez is from San Miguel District promoted as Principal 4.

The installation ceremony was conducted last November 28, 2024, at La Petra Resort. DepEd SDO Bohol Schools Division Superintendent Casiana P. Caberte PhD, CESO VI, Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Fay C. Luares PhD, EdD, TM, CESO VI, Eduardo A. Ompad, EdD, CESE, School Governance and Operations Division (SGOD) Chief Wilfreda O. Flor PhD, SGOD EPSvr Lope S. Hubac, and Araling Panlipunan EPSvr Jupiter I, Maboloc PhD attended the said installation ceremony. The activity started with an opening prayer led by Tipolo ES Principal Ligaya C. Cutamora, singing of hymns led by Cuya ES head Teacher Wennie D. Olpindo.

Ubay 2 Central Elementary School Principal Josephine S. Boyboy PhD gave her welcome address and Union ES Principal Letecia P. Reloba gave the statement of purpose.

SDS Caberte read the Order and the Installation of Atty Nuez. In her inspirational message, she expressed her admiration of the achievements of Atty Nuez as a coach of national award winning learners in the curricular and co-curricular activities.

This appointment of Atty Nuez gave a new milestone for Ubay 2 District, for this is the first district managed by a lawyer.

Elementary and secondary school leaders, offered a dance presentation and a Mass Singing was led by Tipolo NHS Teacher In-charge, Joey G. Bitua PhD. Federated PTA President Meyor and other stakeholders attended the activity, hosted by San Vicente ES Head Teacher Nino G. Lagumbay, NQESH Passer.
