The event with the theme “Creating Our Path Forward: Innovating, Leading, and Transforming”, honored the achievements of its graduates and underscored the institution’s commitment to excellence and innovation.

384 TCC graduates were awarded degrees in Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management, Bachelor of Science in Office Administration, and Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship.

Our graduates today are the future leaders who will drive innovation and progress in our city. We are committed to supporting their journey and ensuring that TCC continues to provide quality tertiary education.”

The morning session featured recognition rites and a heartfelt tribute to parents.

Dr. Maura Consolacion Cristobal, Regional Director of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Region 7, graced the occasion as the guest speaker, inspiring graduates and their families with her words of wisdom and encouragement.

In the afternoon, TCC founder and former City Mayor John Geesnell “Baba” Yap II delivered a powerful keynote address, emphasizing the importance of innovation, leadership, and transformation in today’s rapidly evolving world.

Addressing the graduates, Yap said, “Graduates, your journey has been marked by hard work, dedication, and resilience. You are the embodiment of our hopes and aspirations. As you step out into the world, remember that the education you received here is not just a means to a career but a tool to make meaningful contributions to society.”

Esteemed guests at the ceremony included Vice Mayor Adam Relson Jala, City Councilor and Philippine Councilors League-Bohol President Nicanor Besas, and various department heads and heads of offices of the City Government of Tagbilaran.

With the support of the city government and the continued dedication of its faculty and staff, TCC is poised to remain a significant force in shaping the future of education in Tagbilaran City.
