The incident does not only cause traffic at the roadside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Damage to person and property becomes the order of the day. Then, the legal battle begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Good if the road incident is immediately controlled by kind and understanding hearts of both parties so that it will only reach the &nbsp;amicable settlement stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">But, what if arrogant minds dominate both parties of the incident?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">What will happen next?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Chances are, each one of the party obliges himself to employ a legal mind in order to protect his interest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">And, for a legal mind, are his services for free?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">No way, <em>Short Cuts<\/em> professionally believes!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Therefore, if only to curtail and or avoid such unnecessary &nbsp;cash withdrawal from one\u2019s pocket, what is the best option to be undertaken?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u201cAvoid reckless driving,\u201d <em>Short Cuts<\/em> cautions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">But, how can reckless driving be addressed?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">To <em>Short Cuts\u2019<\/em> mind no individual should be granted the right to own a vehicle and drive the same without having undergone a seminar on traffic rules and regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Without such a seminar,\u00a0 NO driver\u2019s license should be issued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">This must be the first agendum to be undertaken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">This is in the form of a regulation.
