Jamie Aumentado Villamor ang Ordinansa nga \u201cProvincial Ordinance Prohibiting Acts of Online Sexual Abuse and Exploitation of Children (OSAEC) in the Province of Bohol with Corresponding Penalties, Providing a Supportive Environment for the Survivors and Providing Funds Therefor\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe passage of the ordinance will implement, complement, supplement and localize the already existing law and contribute towards ensuring a more coordinated approach in the fight against online child sexual abuse and exploitation. The proposed ordinance will further capacitate our local offices, law enforcers and our courts to fully eradicate the problem on child online sexual exploitation,\u201d pamahayag pa ni BM Villamor atol sa ilang session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOnline Exploitation of Children is not a virtual form of abuse. The offending process begins when the traffickers and perpetrators communicate in English, exchange materials with so-called customers or clients on the surface of the web with commercial element or with consideration. Typical perpetuators live in the Philippines, provide Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Materials to foreign offenders who live abroad and purchase the materials or engage in live\/real-time over the internet,\u201d dugang pa niya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIt is in this light, that the Province of Bohol should stand by its commitment by making strictly making it a policy that we ensure that our children are safe and secure in all corners of Bohol, be it in the confines of our homes, schools, hotels and other establishments, as well as on the internet.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
