Kasi ito ay mga walang lisensya. So ibig sabhin hindi sila binigyan ng PNP ng lisensya para magbenta dahil PNP ay hindi nila pagbibigyan \u2018yung mga tao na magbenta sa online because of safety issues. Kasi pagka magbebenta ka ng paputok physical may permit ka sa BFP (Bureau of Fire Protection), PNP, sa local dahil ang tinitingnan natin \u2018yung protection ng mga tao na bibili nito at saka \u2018yung mga nagbebenta kaya bawal talaga ang magbenta ng paputok sa online,\u201d siya niingon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; \u201cPuwede itong gamitin ng kriminal na bumili ng napakaraming pulbura kasi kapag pinagsama sama mo \u2018yung pulbura at malaki ay puwede siyang pampasabog. So yun ang isa sa mga nakikita ng security sector especially ng PNP na bawal ito, kailangan natin irregulate para mamonitor natin kung sinu-sino ang mga kumukuha ng mga paputok,\u201d dugang niya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sukad niadtong Disyembre 19, nakadakop ang PNP ACG og upat ka mga tawo tungod sa ilegal nga pagpamaligya og firecracker ug fireworks online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ang entrapment operations gihimo sa Caloocan City, Tondo sa Manila ug sa Dinalupihan, Bataan. Kasong kalapasan sa Republic Act 7138 o An Act Regulating The Sale, Manufacture, Distribution and Use of Firecrackers And Other Pyrotechnic Devices ang gipasaka batok sa mga dinakpan, ug sa Executive Order No. 28 nga nagmando sa Regulation And Control Of The Use Of Firecrackers And Other Pyrotechnic Devices ug uban pang may kalabutan nga lokal nga mga ordinansa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sa Disyembre 26, ang PNP nakatala og kinatibuk-ang 28 ka Christmas holiday-related incidents nga naglakip sa pito ka illegal discharge of firearms, siyam ka illegal possession\/use\/sale of firecrackers ug usa ka fire incident tungod sa fireworks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Duha ang patay tungod sa maong mga insidente sa sunog samtang onse ang nangaangol tungod sa paggamit og pabuto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nasakmit usab sa PNP ang kinatibuk-ang P190,390 nga balor sa ilegal nga pabuto nga naglakip sa Piccolom Pop-pop, Five Star, Pla-pla, Giant Bawang, Judas Belt, Mother Rockets (Boga), Kwiton, Sawa, Roman Candle ug Kingkong. Giila usab niini ang ubang ilegal nga pabuto sama sa Bin Laden, Goodbye Covid, Coke-in-Can, ug Special Pla-Pla.
