Miss Pilar 2023 is Miss Marvic Dumangas (center) of barangay Rizal and Miss Regine Yamaro of brgy. MISS Marvic Dumangas, representing barangay Rizal, Pilar, Bohol, clinched the most-prestigious Miss Pilar 2023 crown, besting 20 other hopefuls after five years of hiatus due to the pandemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mayor Engr. Wilson Pajo, assisted by Vice-Mayor Eugene Datahan, donned the crown to Dumangas during the coronation night on December 28, 2023 at the town\u2019s cultural center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dumangas, the second runner-up in Miss Pilar 2017 and now working at Ibex call center, also secured the award of being the Miss Vargas Gasoline Station.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Miss Regine Yamaro of brgy. Cansungay settled for first runner-up; and Altea Jessa Daguinotas of Pilar TechVoc High’s, 2nd runner-up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Daguinotas also bagged the Best in Production Number and Best in Question and Answer segment of the pageant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yamaro as best in evening Gown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Best in Swimwear and Miss Bagumbayan Miss Congeniality went to Miss Bagumbayan. Miss Photogenic won by Miss Buenasuerte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
