THE Local Government Unit of Valencia soared to success at the 2nd<\/sup> Regional (DRRM-H) Summit and Recognition Ceremony 2023, held at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino last November 30.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The municipality claimed three esteemed awards, including \u201cMost Improved DRRM-H System,\u201d recognizing the LGU\u2019s achievements in Disaster Risk Reduction Management in Health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Valencia also secured the prestigious \u201cARMORRED (Active in Risk Management, Outstanding in Risk Reduction in Emergencies and Disasters) Award,\u201d spotlighting exceptional risk management during emergencies and disasters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, the municipality of Valencia stood among the top 15 LGUs of Region 7 acknowledged for its Institutionalized Disaster Risk Reduction Management in Health System in the Central Visayas region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With 100% score on the 2023 DRRM-H Evaluation, Valencia stands as an inspiration of excellence both in disaster preparedness and response in the whole region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
