IN a remarkable display of commitment to the elderly residents of the municipality of Valencia, Governor Aris Aumentado and Mayor Dionisio Neil Balite took center stage during the Cash Assistance event held in Brgy. Canduao Oriental.\u00a0 The event on September 6, 2023, was a testament to their dedication to enhancing the lives of senior citizens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The financial assistance provided to all Senior Citizens Associations of Bohol will go a long way in addressing the unique needs and challenges faced by older community members. This act of generosity underscores the leaders’ promise to stand by their constituents, especially those who have made significant contributions over the years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aumentado turned-over P40,000.00 to Ms. Algerica Coronel, president of the Senior Citizens Association of Valencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond the monetary support, the presence of Governor Aumentado and Mayor Balite symbolized unity and optimism. The event left a lasting impression, reiterating the ongoing commitment to ensure the well-being and dignity of the elderly in the province.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SOCPEN PAY OUT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On September 5, 2023, the LGU Valencia organized a significant event dedicated to supporting senior citizens in the municipality. The LGU-Sponsored Social Pension Pay-Out for the 3rd Quarter was a thoughtful approach to providing financial assistance to the elderly residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A total of P238,200.00 was released to 400 beneficiaries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The LGU made sure to distribute money to the elderly in different districts of the town, so each area had its own distribution point. The approach made it convenient for the senior residents to receive the financial assistance they needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
