Nino Balilihan apan sa tinuod didto sa Magsaysay Sevilla. Wala usab gipahibawo sa mayor ang LGU sa Sevilla bahin sa aplikasyon sa water permit, hinungdan nga gibalda ang mga konstituwente sa lungsod sa pagkomento o pagsupak sa aplikasyon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ang akusado mihimo ug pahayag ubos sa panumpa o mipatuman ug affidavit bahin sa usa ka materyal nga butang, giangkon sa petisyon, ug gihimo atubangan sa usa ka may katakus nga opisyal nga gitugutan sa pagdawat ug pagdumala sa mga panumpa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ang reklamo nag-ingon nga ang bakak nga pag-angkon nagrepresentar sa usa ka elemento sa Perjury ingon nga lokasyon sa gigikanan; adunay mahinungdanong kalabutan sulod sa konteksto sa aplikasyon sa water permit.
