Enriquez, CESO III, Department of Agriculture Region 7, Mandaue City, Cebu Philippines for One (1) unit of Shredder and Composter Machine   to be installed and used at the City Agriculture and Veterinary Office (CAVO) to augment the existing Solid Waste Management Equipment at the present Material Recovery Facility (MRF) in Barangay Dampas.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
