Garcia north, a national highway, nearby Bohol Wisdom School, Tagbilaran City on Valentines Day when downpour occurred as the PDRRMO announced red rainfall warning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The C.P.G. north at the crossroads of BWS and Capitol site has been and still is a perennial headache to motorists when it is flooding during downpour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The flooding with a very visible Acacia tree along the said highway posted on facebook drew curious citizens to make fun out of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apparently using editing and alteration apps, one of the posts showed the picnic-like by a group of bathers posing for photo ops on the flooding area and another took the snorkel as it looks like it\u2019s real.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another attraction was the diving by two unknown persons with the towering Acacia tree on the left and cars parked at the right. Other posts were a fastcraft as if passing by and boat as if fishing in the middle of the flooded street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All of those appeared to be sarcasm to the max without saying a thing or two and they went viral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One such posts gained 166 likes, 7 comments and 159 shares with a caption, \u201cBehold bohol New tourist attractions in tagbilaran city Located: Bohol Wisdom.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But some floodings in highways flooded the social media, too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One such occurrence was the overflowing of water across the highway in barangay Sambog, Corella town that trapped motorists from and the city on that afternoon of Valentines Day. It was posted in facebook and trending.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another was the flooding of Abatan river that almost contact the hanging bridge in barangay Loreto, Cortes town.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Calceta street (extension) and the back of the Provincial Engineer\u2019s Office (PEO) in the city were also flooded that automobile (sedans) can hardly pass through. The same is true in other areas in the city streets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reports said that the Department&nbsp; of Public Works and Highways (DPWH I) has already earmarks fund for the drainage project of the highway nearby Bohol Wisdom School.
