One needs through a lifetime, and it is not an easy task. In school, lessons first before taking the test, but in real life, test first before learning the lesson. There is a need for an individual member of an organization to understand the roles, functions, and responsibilities, and why they are part of a certain organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Training, lectures, seminars, and workshops are very essential to develop the competencies, capabilities, skills, attitudes, and values in the workplace. Enhancement of one&#8217;s knowledge and ability towards work and performance needs personal and professional considerations.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"216\" height=\"216\" src=\"https:\/\/theboholtimes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/image-26.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5455\" srcset=\"https:\/\/theboholtimes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/image-26.png 216w, https:\/\/theboholtimes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/image-26-150x150.png 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 216px) 100vw, 216px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Development on the other hand is a clear manifestation that one is committed and competent enough to deliver the required basic services as part of a certain organization. In today\u2019s government agencies and organizations, key result areas are clearly stated in the Revised Performance Management System (RPMS) in all government agencies and organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following concepts need to be considered in a performance-based rating in providing commitment in the workplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Data gathering procedure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analysis of data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide answers to:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>What went well<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What needs improvement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If given the chance to do it again, how are you going to do it differently?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set specific schedule<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify items and indicators to be observed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare activity design for funding purposed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Include a schedule and set of activities to be undertaken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide advocacy activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify possible members (newly hired teachers)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set orientation and membership orientation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Give membership fees and capital build-up funds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set standards and criteria to be followed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify and set deadlines for the submission of identified awardees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provision of rewards and incentives to acknowledge performing teachers and non-teaching personnel.
