NARCISA Aparri from the Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO) coveted the brand-new motorcycle during the City Hall Christmas Celebration in Bohol Wisdom School Gymnasium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

City Mayor Jane Yap took the opportunity inrecognizing the commitment and dedication of all employees of the City Government.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe have achieved our targets this year and even exceeded some. I am grateful to all the hard work that you have put in. We will continue to deliver effective public services to the Tagbilaranons. We may have been saddled by the pandemic and Typhoon Odette, but we have recovered well and is now looking forward to creating significant projects and programs that would catapult Tagbilaran City into its vision of being highly urbanized, resilient, and livable in the near future,\u201d emphasized Mayor Jane Yap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After which, the remaining major prizes were raffled away. A brand-new refrigerator was given to Christopher Dominisac from the City Assessor\u2019s Office and barangay-based worker Maricar Lumuthang; Television was given to barangay-based personnel Quirino Morilla and Estella Bunno from the Tagbilaran City College; La Germania Oven was given to Christopher Carcallas from ALERT, and the washing machine was raffled off to barangay-based Anita Gare. Minor prizes also came in plenty such as glassware; blender; induction cooker; flat iron; electric kettle; sandwich maker; stove; oven toaster; electric fan; pressure cooker; printer, and 10 kilos of rice (30 pieces).  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

But the highlight of the occasion was the dance presentation prepared by each department that showcased the cooperation and unity of each unit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The City Mayor\u2019s Office which snatched the Grand Prize showed a millennial vibe punctuated by a dance appearance of City Mayor Jane Yap and Sir Chief Baba Yap, the General Services Office gave tribute to the legacy of Eraserheads, while the third placer highlighted Pasko sa Pinas.
