Let\u2019s not belabor ourselves anymore on why they are called trolls. They were dime a dozen during the campaign period and I innocently thought that they would evaporate when their financiers are kaput because they lost in the elections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But apparently, I was wrong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They are here to stay even though their financial tunnel has been closed and they are now on survival mode &#8211; kay wala na may gabayad nila. Garbo na lang ang nagpabilin and that\u2019s the reason they continue their demented view on things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anyway, let\u2019s proceed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>One troll says a director is making a lot of commission on the isda program of Governor Aris Aumentado. Let\u2019s not bother mentioning the alias of the troll because that is one thing a troll likes &#8211; publicity &#8211; and we don\u2019t want that to happen here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Of course, no mention is made on the details, just a long, sweeping accusation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But the gist of the message is simple &#8211; someone is making money kuno out of the isda program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Asa kahang dapita ang naay pang-warta &#8211; sa pagpangumpra didto sa Zamboanga o sa pagbaligya na diri sa Tagbilaran?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Kon sa pagpangumpra, morag lisod pod tuhoan kay ang nagbaligya man sa isda ang nagbuot sa presyo.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Kon sa pagbaligya na pod sa isda nga kinompra sa Zamboanga dinhi sa Tagbilaran ang hisgotan, naa ba kahay pangwarta?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Adunay pangwarta kon patuboan og maayo ang presyo aron makasapi ang nangompra sa isda nga gikan sa Zamboanga. Kon nahitabo kini, way gamay pagduda, adunay nangwarta sa isda program ni Governor Aris.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Pero unsa may nahitabo?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Ang isda nga gibaligya sa Tagbilaran ubos sa Isda Program ni Gov Aris mas barato pa man ang presyo sa isda nga gikan sa mga local fish suppliers. Tiaw bay ang presyo unta sa isda sa mga merkado sa Tagbilaran gibaligya og tag-260 ang kilo sa mga isda sama sa Tamarong o Borot-borot samtang ang isda nga gikan sa Zamboanga ibaligya lang unta sa tag-180 ang kilo.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Pero dihay milagro nga nahitabo.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Sa dihang gibalita nga mas barato nga isda gikan sa Zamboanga ang moabot sa Tagbilaran, mikalit lang og us-os ang presyo sa isda sa mga merkado sa Tagbilaran gikan sa tag-260 nahimo na nga tag-160 na lang.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Klaro kaayo ang sabotahe pero kon imong ayohon og huna-huna, malamposon kaayo ang programa ni Governor Aris kay nahimo man niya ang wala mahimo sa mga nangaging gobernador &#8211; ang pagpaus-os sa presyo sa isda.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Mobalik ta sa yawit sa troll.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Asang dapita ang adunay pangwarta sa isda program?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Sa parte sa mga nangompra, klaro nga walay pangwarta kay mas barato pa man gani ang presyo sa gikompra gikan sa Zamboanga kay sa presyo sa isda gikan sa mga lokal suppliers.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Kon adunay nangolekta og komisyon aron makasulod ang isda gikan sa Zamboanga, ang resulta momahal unta pod ang presyo kay ipatong man ang gibayad nga komisyon sa presyo sa isda.
