Gipasabot ni Mayor Balite nga importanti usab ang partisipasyon sa katawhan o kumunidad diha sa pag-imposar sa balaod kon law enforcement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nasayran sa amahan sa Valencia nga gitumong sa kapolisan karon ang pagpalig-on sa ilang relasyon tali sa kabataan o katawhan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
