Suma pa sa desisyon sa piskalya nga pirmado ni Atty. Ariel S. Selma ug Atty. Bibiana Z. Bautista, \u201cWHEREFORE, in view pf the foregoing, it is hereby recommended that the charges for three (3) counts of Perjury defined under Article 183 of the Revised Penal Code against Spouses Antonio O. Salvo and Eloisa T. Salvo be DISMISSED for lack of evidence to support a finding of probable cause.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
