Balite, Getafe Mayor Cary Monillas Camacho and Talibon Mayor Janette Aurestila Garcia, with a staggering percentage of 95.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At Number 2 with 94.45% are: Loay Mayor Atty. Hilario Lahar Ayuban, Buenavista Mayor Atty. Dave Duallo and Carmen Mayor Conchita \u201cChe\u201d Toribio delos Reyes. Number 3 with 94%: Garcia-Hernandez Mayor&nbsp; Engr. Jess Baja, Anda Mayor Angelina \u201cInday\u201d Simacio and Dimiao Mayor Randolph \u201cKing\u201d Ang. Number 4 with 93.75%: Trinidad Mayor Atty. Roberto \u201cOndoy\u201d C. Cajes (father of city mayor), and Candjay Mayor Thamar Olaivar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Number 5 with 93.20%: Baclayon Mayor Atty.&nbsp; Alvin Uy and San Isidro Mayor Atty. Garcia Mayor Kenneth Estavilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The feedback came from 5,000 adult respondents on December 15, 2025 \u2013 January 10, 2026, \u201cwith a margin of error of \u00b13% and a 95% confidence level, the survey reflects public satisfaction with city leadership, governance, and service delivery.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TGGAA said, \u201cThe performance evaluation of Mayors hinges on an array of vital and critical metrics.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It added the following: Economic Development is gauged through factors such as job creation, business expansion, and efficacy of livelihood programs. Public Safety and Order are measured via crime rates, the effectiveness of emergency responses, and the quality of police-community relations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Health and Social Services provision is assessed by healthcare quality, social welfare initiatives, and the management of public health crises. Infrastructure Development focuses on road construction and maintenance, public utilities, and environmental sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Education Improvement is evaluated based on school enrollment figures, education quality, and the state of educational facilities. Other influential factors include Good Governance attributes such as transparency, corruption deterrence, citizen engagement, and adaptability to modern challenges like climate change and digitalization.
