Gipangamhanan ug gisponsor ni City Councilor Fausto \u201cBebot\u201d Budlong, chairman sa Committee on Peace, Order and Public Safety ang Proposed Ordinance No. 02-26 nagmando nga ang mga drayber sa bus, jeepney, taxi, ug tricycle moagi og random drug testing aron masiguro nga walay tig-gamit og droga sa pampublikong transportasyon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ang ordinansa gisugyot sa Tagbilaran City People\u2019s Council (TCPC) ug gisugyot sa Committee on Peace, Public Order, and Safety pinaagi sa ilang report kaniadtong Enero 7, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mga Pangunang Probisyon mao ang Mandatory Testing: Ang mga random drug test ipahigayon minimum kausa sa matag bulan sa Tagbilaran City Primary Care Facility (TCPCF) kauban ang lokal nga kapulisan ug traffic management office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
