THE alleged collusion between the ticketing staff of the fastcraft and certain trike drivers\/fixers has been exposed by passengers whose identity was not named as posted by Felipa Potane in facebook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As this developed, Tubigon reelected Mayor Willaim Jao is contemplating to file appropriate charges against those in conspiracy that resulted to overpriced tickets being sold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The mayor told DYRD\u2019s news that the teller ask no names of the passengers to record on and this makes it anomalous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The said post of overpriced tickets from Tubigon port to Cebu City said that the regular ticket price was only P380\/passenger. But when sold by certain tricycle drivers, the cost goes up to P900.00\/passenger, it added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The revelation of collusion was in the form of an open letter to the municipality of Tubigon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWhy am I having a second thought of going back? There’s only one thing that is too concerning for me as a traveller. It is the unfair way of ticketing (not all of their ticketing outlets though, have this kind of activity) but I’m sure in Tubigon it exists,\u201d the post said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MODUS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThis is what’s going on: Ang tag 380 na ticket is being sold for 500, 700, 750 or 900. It really depends kung kinsa imong ma approach by the time ma sold out na ang tickets for a certain time slot or byahe sa  fastcraft\/barko. Ang nahitabo kay ang fixers will buy tickets in silent or took some of the slots until the ticketing outlet will announce na fully booked na ang para 3:30pm na byahe say for example.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since they have no more \u201cslot\u201d or seats for the fastcraft, they are forced to buy the expensive tickets since they\u2019re in a hurry to be back in Cebu. \u201cWe have no choice kay nagdali so we grabbed the 750 pesos na price and see the price sa among tickets below, tag 380 ra.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An unnamed trike driver told them that that is the way they\u2019re doing that fixers bought some of the tickets and then the boat ticketing staff announced that the boat if fully booked, then it\u2019s time for the fixers to do their scheme, the post said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThis easy-money scheme as this is going to destroy the image of Bohol and hoping that the shipping company won’t release multiple tickets na unnamed,\u201d the post said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The said modus of the fixers in Tubigon port has been there for quite sometime, according to one of the comments in facebook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
